Verdict

Once a few configuration issues were resolved—mainly the fact that my Motherboard only features a single PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot—the rest of the test quickly highlighted just how fast this drive was. My 4TB review unit came without a heatsink, which I would definately say is an essential addition; otherwise, the speed made light work of creative apps and more advanced generative AI tasks.
